Dual VCF is a dynamic filtering AUv3 / IAA plug-in that offers a plethora of analog filter models reminiscent of the iconic sounds from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. It introduces motion, shape, and color, creating evolving rhythmic movements and complex dynamic filter shapes. The plugin features two filter sections, each supporting various low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filter types meticulously modeled after analog gear and synthesizers from bygone eras.

With envelope followers and modulation editors, Dual VCF opens up a world of creative possibilities for sonic exploration. The intuitive modulation editor allows users to sequence cut-off frequency and resonance with different waveforms and envelope followers, offering endless options for shaping your sound.

The ToneBoosters DualVCF app supports AUv3 plugin format for real-time processing within compatible hosts like Steinberg Cubasis, Apple Garageband, Audio Evolution Mobile Studio, Auria, and AUM. It seamlessly integrates into your workflow as an effect plugin extension.

Key features of Dual VCF include the professional sound quality synonymous with the desktop version, dual analog filter sections with extensive design options, an intuitive modulation editor for crafting rhythmic effects, undo/redo functionality, A/B comparison capabilities, customizable color themes for the interface, full-screen support in Garageband, legacy Inter-App Audio (IAA) support, iPad optimization with iPhone and iPod Touch compatibility.

Important notes to consider when using DualVCF are its IAA limitations allowing only one instance at a time and the platform-specific licensing. Additionally, Audio Unit (AUv3) extensions require compatible devices such as iPad mini 2 or later models.
